About Chäs-König GmbH

Our cheese dairy with tradition has been family-owned for over 25 years and has been continued by Philipp Piller since 2016. Since then, we stand for sustainable and high-quality products from the Freiburg region.

In our private cheese dairy, almost everything is still made by hand directly in the cheese dairy. You can also buy our regional cheese in our store in Plasselb. Our specialties such as Vacherin Fribourgeois bear the AOP seal of quality. This means that we not only obtain the milk directly from our farmers in the region, but also process and ripen the cheese on our premises.

You will not only find the fine Vacherin from the Fribourg region, but also fondue mixtures, mountain cheeses and much more. Come and visit us, we look forward to your visit!
