Both of us, Maxime Bolli, a passionate chef, and Jonas Hagoort, event manager and chef de service, are dedicated to gastronomy with finesse. Our claim is pleasure for the eye and the palate. Our focus is therefore on the overall picture of an event: we come along, pick up your ideas, find the right location and organize the process and infrastructure. Location, interior and design are perfectly matched to food and beverage. In our hometown Schaffhausen we are constantly looking for innovative products and unusual locations. If there is no kitchen on site, we bring everything and set it up temporarily and unobtrusively. Yes, you can sit back and look forward to your guests.
