Every day, for 15 years now, our small family business has been offering a wide range of artisanal products, created in the back of our store from the finest ingredients.

My wife and I work with a small team of two employees. Aurélien in the bakery-pastry-confectionery department and our daughter Alison in sales. Our second daughter, Jessica, also helps out at village festivals, carnivals and other events.

We offer a wide range of bakery and confectionery products. We also offer a choice of ice creams and ice cream sundaes made by hand.

Our motto: every product must be carefully made with quality raw materials. We also work with Swiss IP flour and local products.

All our energy is concentrated on our single point of sale, with very few deliveries. Every customer is important. And if they leave satisfied, they'll be happy to come back and appreciate our expertise. We also make aperitifs for birthdays, weddings and other special occasions.

For several years now, we've been taking part in the Swiss Bakery Trophy and the Produits du Terroir Suisse competition. To our great satisfaction, we have just received a gold medal for our new 100% local product: our spelt and cinnamon cookies.
