KITCHEN We are known for Antonio Colaianni's sensual cuisine. This is Mediterranean, it's modern interpretation of classic dishes with an Italian twist. Our business lunch changes weekly, our creative menu six times a year.

WINE LIST The wine list includes over 350 items. On our champagne list with more than 120 positions you will find everything from simple winemaker productions to big names. It has been known for hundreds of years that wine is the perfect accompaniment to good food. Our sommelier, in collaboration with Antonio Colaianni, takes this into account. Our wine list includes more than 350 positions from the most important growing areas of Europe. The sommelier will be happy to help you make the best choice to match your meal. We are also proud of our large champagne list. With more than 120 different champagnes you will find from simple producers to the big names and thus great and rare. A small paradise, not only for lovers.

BAR Our Chef de Bar Armando Archundia is a master of his trade. In addition to his refined mixed drinks, we have rare whiskey, rum and cognac. The offer is completed by the wine and champagne list.

In fine weather, our courtyard allows you to enjoy the drinks outside. Drinks from the bar are also served in the large lounge and fumoir.

FUMOIR In the lobby there is a stylish and nobly furnished smoking lounge including a humidor with selected cigars for your smoking pleasure.

During the day you will be served by our café team in the Fumoir. In the evening from 5 pm the bar team takes over.

Cigarman Antonio Colaianni personally looks after the contents of the humidor. Correspondingly versatile is the varying offer in our Bijoux.

INFOS Inside the restaurant GUSTAV has 80 seats, in warm weather there are also 30 outdoor seats available.
