Libanesisch Cèdre Casino Aussersihl (Zürich)

Lebanese quality cuisine is fresh, healthy, original and distinctive. Not for nothing it is considered the gourmet cuisine of the Orient. We want to live up to this reputation far from home. That is why at Le Cèdre only fresh ingredients are used in the kitchen and on the plate. The chef himself selects them every morning at the market and personally ensures that high quality standards are maintained. The Le Cèdre team is happy to explain the ingredients and preparation of the dishes to newcomers to Arabic cuisine.

The role of host is deeply rooted in our Lebanese tradition. For over 22 years, we have strived to provide our guests with a perfect culinary experience. Feedback from our visitors and various media reports confirm our approach and motivate us to stay true to this philosophy
