The Bakery Erni was founded about 60 years ago and taken over by Urs Erni in 2nd generation 21 years ago. Our team consists of 16 people.

As a Swiss certified baker/confectioner master business we continuously train apprentices. In our bakery we manufacture all products ourselves, without using ready-made products. Even the chocolate and pralines come from our in-house production. Among our local specialties are the popular Wolfwilerli.

Our customers come from Wolfwil and the surrounding area. We also supply grocery stores, canteens and restaurants with bread, pastries and desserts.

From bread to pâtisserie In our bakery and pâtisserie we offer savory and sweet dishes. We have 15 kinds of bread, snacks, small meals for in-between, various gift ideas and dessert creations, which are created in our own production.

Larger quantities or for a specific date you are welcome to pre-order by phone.

Cakes and aperitifs for your party

Whether a wedding aperitif or a family occasion - we supply you with the right dessert creations and savory appetizers.

On request we create cakes and pies according to your wishes with decorations, in a special shape and with the filling of your choice.

For events, we are also happy to supply you with a savory or sweet buffet, which we will serve to your guests on the spot. Also popular is our morning brunch catering.

Our specialties include our Tortenbrot (meat pie) or the Znünibrot (meatloaf platter on bread dough).

We also regularly supply restaurants, inns and other businesses in the region with our creations.
