La Boulangerie Millioud est une entreprise crée en 1896 par Emile Millioud. Ensuite, son fils Robert reprend le flambeau ainsi que son petit-fils Marcel.

En 1986, André Millioud se retrouve à la tête de l'entreprise. Avec la collaboration de son épouse Catherine, il ouvre successivement deux succursales: à Cheseaux-sur-Lausanne en 1991 et dans la gare CFF de Renens en 1998 ensuite. En 2014, le magasin de Lausanne est ouvert.
