RENDEZVOUS WITH YOUR HOSTS

CHRISTINE & PIERRE MERGEL... ...stand "with heart and soul" in front of and behind the counter and since January 2018 "the boss" personally also stands behind the stove, so that the culinary delights are prepared as they are also expected by his audience.
The personal friendly contact with the guests has always been in the foreground.
Most recently, you worked for 9 years in the Landgasthof Klus (Aesch) and found here in the Mühle Allschwil a new- beautiful challenge, which with its fantastic ambience has contributed a lot to take over this demanding task.

When culinary delicacies are impressively demonstrated again and again, then it is LOVE! As we all know, everything that is done with love and passion becomes especially good. And last but not least, we have known for a long time: Among the most beautiful activities in our lives are EATING AND DRINKING- e Guete!
