Of course, meat is the focus of our offer. From beef, veal, pork, lamb. In addition poultry and fish. Wherever possible, we source our meat from the immediate vicinity. The beef, for example, comes from the Wernli family from Petersberg, Gebenstorf. In addition, we attach importance to the fact that the meat can hang out in peace and thus optimally develop its taste qualities.

We have a large selection of specialties that we prepare for you ourselves: various sausages, but also delicious ready meals.

To round off your meal, you will find fine spices and sauces, oils and vinegars, homemade spaetzli and other side dishes.

A song of praise for the sausage!

Sausages are very popular at the Dorfmetzg Birmenstorf. In addition to classics such as Cervelat and Bratwurst, there are several of their own creations on offer: the spicy Chili-Bratwurst, the Boll-Chnebeli (with horseradish and chives), the Winzerbratwurst (a greeting from the vineyard village of Birmenstorf...) and others. By the way, the Dorfmetzg won the gold medal of the Swiss Meat Association for its Cervelat in 2009.
