Butcher Shop Femminis

Butcher Shop Femminis was founded in 1976 by Vittorio Femminis in Cevio in the Maggia Valley.
It then moved to Cavergno in 1982.
Management of the business was later taken over by his son Stefano in 2001 and after a decade of management continued its operations in Locarno in Piazza Sant'Antonio at the former Macelleria Fiori SA where it still resides.

Produced largely by our company, typical ones stand out, ranging from sausages such as salami, salametti, mortadella, luganighe, sausage, and cotechini, to salted muscles such as beef and horse bresaola, dried meat, flat and rolled bacon, coppa, goat and chamois violins, prosciutto, and nostrano lardo flavored with Vallemaggia pepper.

SEASONAL PRODUCTS

In the fall season you will find cuts of meat and cured meats from indigenous game, as well as all products derived from the processing of goat meat.
During the spring, on the other hand, we can offer you cuts of veal and the exquisite native goat raised in the Upper Maggia Valley.
