BARBECUE SERVICE / PARTY SERVICE

Whether for a birthday party on a small scale, a neighborhood party, an aperitif, an employee event or even a large event...

...we take care of the culinary part and YOU can devote yourself to your guests.

We will be happy to barbecue at your event or supply you with hot meat loaf or ham, for example, and slice it for you professionally.

We can also provide the appropriate homemade side dishes, such as potato gratin, our popular potato salad, various other salads and Bürli or bread.

We will be happy to put together beautifully decorated cold platters tailored to your individual wishes, e.g. for an aperitif.

Or would you like a fillet in batter or another of our batter specialties or a fine roast? Vegetable lovers will also get their money's worth, as will people who don't eat meat (grilled cheese).

We also offer drinks, desserts or a delicious home-made "Solothurner Wysüppli" as an appetizer - (almost) anything is possible.

However, if you prefer to do it yourself, we will provide you with the barbecue and the necessary equipment, including crockery, cutlery and glasses.

SPIESSLIGRILL

This turns every barbecue into a social and culinary experience!

Everyone puts together their own party skewer and grills it on the specially developed grill. You don't need staff or an entertainment program - your guests take care of the grilling themselves. People meet at the barbecue and get to talk to each other.

Skewer barbecue - simply skewer, chat and enjoy.

We will provide you with a buffet with the types of meat of your choice. The range includes beef, lamb, veal, pork, chicken, rabbit, seasonal game, salmon (Norwyk), various mini hamburgers and chipolata varieties, bacon, grilled cheese and grilled vegetables. The meat is marinated and portioned ready for skewering.

In addition to paillasse bread and our homemade potato salad or Hörnlisalat, we also offer various other salads (green / mixed, tomato mozzarella, New York, carrots, corn, cucumber) or potato gratin as side dishes.

Up to 25 people can barbecue on one grill. We charge a rental fee of CHF 60.- per barbecue (incl. skewers) (only barbecue and skewers without meat CHF 80.-). Charcoal (incl. wood wool for firing up and a bellows) is also available.
