The appreciation towards you as a consumer and towards animals is a concern. We know where the animals come from and slaughter them ourselves on our farm. Not only animal husbandry and feeding are responsible for the quality of the meat, but also slaughtering and processing. We process the meat carefully, which results in optimal maturation and therefore excellent quality - it is fine-grained and tender. Since we are a small company, the sausages are mainly made by hand. Therefore, our sausages are of special quality and offer that certain something in terms of taste.

The circle is closed. Because we naturally supplement our internal range with quality products that we cannot produce ourselves. One example of this is the popular fresh white fish fillets from Lake Biel. This means that you will find a wide range of traditional, seasonal and innovative products with us.
