Jenzer Meat & Delicatessen - Family Tradition since 1898 We are a family business with 70 employees, managed by Christoph Jenzer in the 4th generation. Since 1898 the Jenzer family has been practicing the butcher's craft with great pleasure and power.

We sell only meat from particularly species-appropriate animal husbandry and attach the greatest importance to the shortest possible transport routes.

Our butchery is composed of three specialized stores:

• Reinach
• Muttenz

Headquarters is Arlesheim, where also production, Goldwurst kitchen, sales Engros, party service, administration and the Gasthof zum Ochsen are located.

Our strength is a TOP price-performance ratio for meat that will satisfy your guests. Our meat is openly hung for 1 - 2 weeks and then stored vacuumed for 1-3 weeks. This gives you the following advantages:
