In the beginning, there was the dream of owning a farm. As city dwellers, we dreamed of alpine cows, our own yogurt and organic berries. And so we came up with the idea of frozen yogurt.

Frozen yogurt - we knew the light ice cream from Italy and Germany. We wanted to combine the trendy urban product with the authentic taste of the country and thus conquer the Swiss palate.

And so we began to plan some illusions with many ideas, but with an indomitable euphoria. We tinkered with recipes, tasted fruit compositions and thought about business plans and appearances.

And suddenly everything was there: the brand, the business model, the product.

Since 2013, joli mont manufaktur has evolved from a market stall into a comprehensive catering and production company. In addition to the frozen yogurt, there were crepes and other catering specialties, the frozen yogurt in frozen cups and our frozen yogurt concept for catering businesses.

In 2015, we moved to the premises of the organic farm Wydimatt in Wattenwil and started producing the raw materials for our diverse gastronomic offer there.

Thus, the dream of our own farm came true.
