School friends bought a pan, gas stove and food so they could secretly cook the after-dinner on the balcony in the evening!

Thanks to this experience in French-speaking Switzerland, my mother's introduction to the gourmet world and many experiences with my family through France, my affinity for Francophile and the joy of cooking have remained to this day.

After many educational experiences in different and famous restaurants, I wanted to be my own chef and in 2002 I founded Loup Culinaire
