We are a family business with tradition. For three generations now, we live the passion in our daily work.

After decades of working in the restaurant Schneggen in Buchs, we decided to take on a new challenge and since 2013 we have been fully focused on catering, cooking classes, gourmet delivery, sturgeon cooking and the production of handmade products of the highest quality.

It is in our blood to entertain our guests with passion and joy, to cook with them, to take care of them and just have a good time. There is nothing better than a fine meal with friends in a wonderful place where you feel at home.

Since the beginning of 2021, we can proudly call ourselves the FIRST catering company in Switzerland to be Culinarium certified. This step is above all to underline the regional added value, which we have already lived for 3 generations, and continuously pursue with much joy, heart and passion.
