About us

The butcher's shop Aeschlimann: quality from first hand We are a butchery run as a family business in the second generation by Urs and Pio Aeschlimann. In Utzenstorf we produce high quality meat and sausage products ourselves and sell them on the one hand in our store and on the other hand to restaurants and clubs. We also offer catering in the region.

We produce everything ourselves and sometimes we slaughter it ourselves. This way we guarantee a good product quality - we all stand behind our products. In the store and in catering, we value friendly and courteous service and treat our customers competently and fairly. We train apprentices every year.

The butchery of Aeschlimann AG is voluntarily subject to the hygiene control of the Swiss Meat Association SFF and is a member of the Meat Association of the Canton of Bern.
