We are a small village butchery in the middle of the beautiful canton of Thurgau. Quality as well as regionality are our first priority. With a lot of heart and soul we practice our butcher's craft.

Our slaughtered animals are brought to our slaughterhouse by the producer himself or picked up by us from the farmer. Before slaughtering, each animal is examined for health by our veterinarian Heinz Schläpfer.
