Our family business has been focusing on high-quality meat & sausage products from our own production since 1985. The basis for this is our in-house slaughtering and a cooperative partnership with regional farmers. Short transport routes and species-appropriate animal husbandry are central to this. Thus, our free-range sows also enjoy fresh air and generous exercise all year round.

With great passion for the butcher's craft and the traditions associated with it, we produce a wide range of house specialties. This quality and our great expertise we let flow of course also in the catering.
