**The Biberbeck Rohner in Heiden is a regionally known village bakery, which offers high quality special products. Our specialty includes a variety of different Appenzeller beavers in various variations and sizes. We set the highest value on natural ingredients in all our products, so that this not only visually but also tastes great pleasure. We strive to communicate our baked goods as an essential part of the beautiful Appenzellerland and thus offer everyone the opportunity to take a piece of this region back home with them.

Daily we offer a wide range of products from small breads to snacks and patisserie. We also recommend our St. Galler Handbürli.

Bread Our bread is also lovingly and with a lot of heart carefully weighed and processed by hand and then offered to our customers in the store.
