Enjoy our incomparable pralines made from Grand Cru Couverture. We produce seasonal gifts from over 20 varieties of pralines. Our Schefer selection offers you a choice of our most popular truffles, elegantly packaged. In our stores at Klosterplatz and Bahnhofplatz, you also have the opportunity to put together your favorite truffles yourself.

In-house ice cream

In our confectionery we produce up to 15 kinds of ice cream. For the production of our ice cream creations we use Einsiedler mountain milk, ripe fruits and completely renounce the use of quick mixes. The ideal ice cream needs 24 hours of rest at 5°C to develop its full aroma. We give our ice cream the time it needs. All our coupe creations, ice cream portions and ice cream sticks are produced in our confectionery.

For our ice cream and patisserie we use only milk from the region.

The catering is probably the most important part of an event, but also requires a lot of experience in the preparation. We are familiar with events of any kind and size.

Apero pastry of the extra class: Our confectioners produce for you beautiful appetizers, trendy interpreted and arranged according to the occasion. Our s are an enrichment for any occasion. To complete our service, we offer the all-round service: We arrange the location according to your wishes, serve the drinks and take care of the buffet. With an induvidual apero according to your wishes you have with the bakery Schefer the all-round carefree package.
