Since August 1, 1957, the Wirth family in Basel took over the long-established dairy business of the Wittwer brothers, the company is still run and constantly expanded by their ambitious cheese lover and son Alex Wirth.

In the charm of the turn of the century and in a Parisian Art Nouveau house, an incomparably rich offer of cheese varieties awaits you. A fragrant selection from goat to sheep cheese, which is constantly increasing. In the case of blue cheese alone, there are already 15 varieties.

The traditional varieties are mainly alpine and mountain cheeses. From mild-soft taste to ripe Gruyère, which has been refined with salt crystals. Not only our fondue mixtures are widely known and in demand in all imaginable countries. Raclette cheese is also available specially affinated and in various degrees of maturity.
Of course you can get the fondue material or raclette ovens for rent!

Catering and party service Our infrastructure in the field of catering has its own refrigerated truck.
