** Le Gourmet-Stübli ** À l'étage supérieur, où se trouvait la scène du foin, se trouve le Gourmet-Stübli avec un espace pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 40 personnes. Notre chef junior Martin Aeschlimann vous gâtera dans le Gourmet-Stübli et vous montrera ses compétences et ses expériences en cuisine gastronomique.

La cuisine du "Gourmet-Stübli" a obtenu 6 points au Guide-Bleu 2017. Les plats de poisson ont reçu le Golden Fish de la Table Society pour le Golden Fish. Le Gault Millau 2018 a récompensé le "Gourmet-Stübli" avec 13 points.

The cuisine of the "Gourmet-Stübli" was awarded 6 points in the Guide-Bleu 2017.
The fish dishes were awarded with the Golden Fish of the Tafelgesellschaft zum Goldenen Fisch.
The Gault Millau 2018 awarded the "Gourmet-Stübli" with 13 points.
