Ziegler Brot AG (Liestal)

In 1978, Richard Ziegler-Hasler developed the wood-fired baking oven. This old baking tradition had not been used for a long time, so it seemed at the time that he had brought a new baking experience into being. Fredi Ziegler extended this baking oven with a mobile base in 1988. This is still in use for various events and can be rented.
