WE DO NOT USE ONLY cattle from the herd, BUT PROCESS ALSO THE MUNI, SO THE CASTRATED MALE Cattle. DISCLAIMER, THIS IS NOT THE RULE, BECAUSE THE MEAT INDUSTRY REQUIRES ONLY cattle! WE FIGHT AGAINST BECAUSE THE MEAT OF THE MUNIS IS TENDER AND POWERFUL.
