THE FUMOIR This is where the sausages and bacon you'll find here are smoked.
Although this room once served as a kitchen for the farm's inhabitants, meat has been smoked here for over three centuries.
All our products are traditionally made and preservative-free. You can order our products online directly from our website.

RESTAURATION Enjoy local products in a rustic and friendly setting.
Come and celebrate a wedding, a jubilee or a birthday at the Champoz smokehouse.
The smokehouse is fully equipped for all types of banquets. In the magnificent rustic setting of Champoz village, you can enjoy a meal in one of our two dining rooms.

• The small room for up to thirty people.
• The large hall for up to seventy people.

This second room is also equipped with a video projector, enabling you to display your images and videos on a large screen.
