About our butcher store
On June 1st, 1996 we, Anita and Bruno Ehrbar, started our own butcher's store in Volg Mörschwil. During this we have met a lot of nice people who enjoy the best meat and sausage specialties from the region.
Right from the start we full attention to keeping the animals, their and short transport routes. Whenever possible, we buy cattle from farmers who we know personally and who share our beliefs in this regard. For example, beef from suckler cow husbandry.
We are now a team with 10 employees who ensure that the best quality meat and sausage specialties are refined at fair prices every day.
