As a professional caterer I have been working in the event industry for 26 years, since 2008 with my own business and numerous, freelance employees. Furthermore, I work closely with friendly catering companies.

The production site is since May 1, 2016 in the former restaurant Hofgarten in 4147 Aesch which with its modern and professional infrastructure fully meets my requirements.

I take over all kinds of catering orders, for aperitifs I have the infrastructure to feed up to 400 people and for orders with buffets or served menus up to 250 people, even interference cook assignments at your own home in a smaller setting from 4 people are possible.

As a trained cook and diet chef with additional training and 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry, community catering, hospital and retirement center gastronomy and now for 13 years in self-employment, I look back on a varied, very intense and extremely instructive time. From serious business events to festive weddings, from menu compositions for educational day structures to large, private garden parties: we are at your disposal for all types of catering.
