Since early spring, the Mövenpick Hotel Lausanne has undergone major renovations that have radically transformed the look and feel of the establishment.

A large part of the first floor of the Mövenpick Hotel Lausanne has been redesigned in recent months. The new concept begins in the lobby, which has been given a new look with contemporary furnishings, and the bar, which has also been brought up to date. The discovery continues on the gastronomic side: the new Les Saisons restaurant offers dishes based on fresh, top-quality produce, as part of a regularly renewed menu. You can enjoy this cuisine in an intimate setting that's equally suited to romantic asides or business meals.

The Mövenpick Restaurant has also been redesigned: in a more airy and intimate atmosphere, you can take a break here all day long. We particularly like the new concept of a salad bar for lunch, offered in addition to a sophisticated international menu. On the design side, the new cellar, which can be seen from the dining room, invites you to taste carefully selected grands crus. But the highlight of these renovations is undoubtedly the new terraces, which offer a breathtaking view of the port and the Alps, a magical sight whatever the season. P
