Ingredients Bread

Our breads are produced without preservatives.

Bagels: White flour 550, water, wheat gluten, cane sugar, fresh yeast, barley malt, salt, sorbitol, corn grits (All).

Zöpfli: white flour, milk, fresh yeast, levit, malt, sugar, salt, fresh eggs, butter

Wholemeal: wholemeal flour, water, salt, malt, levit, sugar, fresh yeast

Lye: white flour, water, fresh yeast, malt, salt, oil

Root Bread (all three varieties): Wheat flour, wheat gluten, dextrose, barley malt, wheat starch, sugar, acerola fruit powder, enzymes.

Dark: wheat swell flour, wheat roasted malt

Rustic: Rye meal, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, linseeds, wheat swell flour, roasted wheat malt
